With spring and the new running season on the not-too-distant horizon, we’re all looking for inspiring ways to get strong so that we can enjoy the best training and racing performances possible.
While it’s a challenging but fun time of the season full of hopes and dreams and PB goals, as you increase your training and the distance of your long runs the chance of little tears, and pulls, and even overuse injuries, increases to a greater degree.
