Treadmill vs. Running Outside: Which is Best for Runners?

Yep, the days are definitely getting shorter and the temperatures are getting colder. It’s true that you can still get up, dress appropriately and run outside every day during the winter months if that’s what works for you. In fact it’s almost never a bad idea to run outside, but winters in Canada usually mean at least a few days when conditions are too slick or the windchill too intense and it’s just better to stay inside and hit the treadmill.
