NEW FOR 2010
Factor 9 Running Team – the Factor 9 Running Team encourages participation, challenging goals and a social atmosphere to train in. You can be serious about running and racing or you can enjoy the organized training and participation in events. The coaches are Scott McMillan and Jason Oliver.


Chris Corfield of Okanagan Sport Clinic organizes our run clinics throughout the year. These include:
Spring Half-Marathon/Marathon Clinic – February
‘Improve your 10K’ Clinic – May
Fall Half-Marathon/Marathon Clinic – July
‘Learn to Run’ Clinic – October

Group Runs
PCRAS group runs are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 pm. Come on out & join the fun!
The Quarter Pounder run group meets Tuesday/Thursdays at 6 AM on the north side of Guerard’s Furniture and Saturday’s at 8 AM followed by breakfast. The time may change with the season so check at the store.
The Lakeshore Pounders meet Sundays just east of the Penticton Lakeside Resort across from 86 Lakeshore Drive. Meeting at 7:50 AM and doing the city loop (16 Km) or some variation and then breakfast afterwards.
Penticton’s Local Chapter of the Hash House Harriers, the Shiggydusters, runs every Sunday afternoon at 1 PM. Worldwide the HHH are the drinking club with a running problem.
